That's right - our New Chesapeake Kitchen cooking class is back! Join us for the second summer of our brunch cooking class series, designed to teach new recipes and cooking tips, while you munch on delicious dishes. This month we welcome back Pam Miller of  Charlottetown Farm, who will not only share her delicious goat cheese with us, but also teach us how to make it at home!

Watercress & Fresh Goat Ricotta Salad
With apples, walnuts, & apple cider vinaigrette and  
jumbo lump Maryland crab

Dessert: 
Goat Cheese Chocolate Brownie Sundae
Offered with goat milk caramel sauce
