Plan Your Visit During the Amy Sherald Exhibit

Gertrude’s is thrilled that our good friend Amy Sherald is bringing her exhibit ‘American Sublime’ to the Baltimore Museum of Art! Here’s some information and tips to help plan your trip to Gertrude’s and the BMA.

Tickets

While the Baltimore Museum of Art is free to the public, you will need to purchase tickets for the Amy Sherald exhibit. Tickets are on sale now.

Gertrude’s Hours and Reservations

This is exhibit is not to be missed, which also means the BMA and Gertrude’s will see a lot more visitors this winter. To make sure we can accommodate as many visitors as possible, we are making some changes to our service. Starting October 31, there will be no reservations from 12:00pm - 3:00pm Wednesday - Saturday, and from 11:00am - 3:00pm on Sunday. Reservations will only be taken for dinner.

Wednesday - Friday
Lunch: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm (No reservations after 12:00 pm)
Lite Fare: 3:00 pm - 4:30pm
Dinner: 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm (Accepting reservations)

Saturday
Brunch: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm (No reservations after 12:00 pm)
Lite Fare: 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Dinner: 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm (Accepting reservations)

Sunday 
Brunch: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm (No reservations after 11:00 am)
Dinner: 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm (Accepting reservations)

Gertrude’s To-Go Kiosk: Looking for something quick and easy? Visit the Gertrude’s To-Go Kiosk located in the BMA lobby. Some of Gertrude’s favorite dishes, from our famous Miss Jean’s Red Crab Soup to our delicious Chicken Salad Sandwich, are available for self-ordering and can be enjoyed in the Wurtzburger Sculpture Garden or BMA Lobby.   • Sunday, November 23 - BMA is closed. Gertrude’s will be open at 11:00am - reservations taken all day.

  • Thursday, November 27 - Gertrude’s closed for Thanksgiving.
